Enjoyed our stay while in town for the Jazz Fest. Staff friendly and helpful. Lauren went out of her way to make sure guests had the transportation and information they needed to attend the festival. And the bell boys were polite and friendly with their sweet southern smiles.

Stayed here for Jazzfest. Right on the verge of the french quarter, one block to Canal street, one block to Poydras. Easy to hop on the streetcar. Nice room, friendly staff, free generic buffet breakfast.

This was my 5th year staying at hotel during Jazz Fest. A very friendly staff and great service. My room was clean and comfortable. It is steps away from French Quarter and the Arts District. John the bartender is wonderful and keeps the bar hopping. Also, very safe...with security at front door.

Friendly, polite, professional and efficient staff- this includes front desk, concierge (extremely helpful and knowledgeable), valet, and housekeeping. The room was immaculate and comfortable. Nice, quiet surroundings. Beautiful pool area.

Stayed there for Jazz Festival 2012 - LOVED IT! The staff was friendly and professional - great service. My room was comfortable and the pool was lovely. The location is perfect... three blocks from French Quarter. I will try to stay there every time I visit New Orleans!

Our room tiny, bathroom is big enough for 1 person, and if you use the ironing board make sure your partner doesn't need to move while you iron. Very expensive after taxes are added to the room rate. Very friendly hotel with great service and great advise on where to go and where not to go in New Orleans. Located not far from Bourbon Street and only a short walk to the Paddle Steamer dock. The rooms are very large and comfortable.
