We had a room reservation booked months in advance for Final Four weekend. Last week, the hotel cancelled our reservation without our knowledge and booked the room to someone else. And, they now refuse to refund our deposit. We have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. More
