We stayed for Jazz Fest this year, it was our first time staying at Bienville House. I love the historic qualities of the hotel and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Superb Location in the Middle of all New Orleans History and scenic area. Rooms are beautifully appointed with mixture of modern and antiques. Bathrooms are small but have all necessary amenities and quite comfortable. Stayed in balcony room, biggest drawback = noise.. About 5am trains and street cleaners and garbage pick up were out in full force!

This is one of the few places in The French Quarter that allows pets. There is even a small grassy area for pet-walking a half block away (and grass is almost nonexistent in the FQ).
