Great hotel, great rooms, great staff and great location. I've stayed at this hotel twice now and will definitely return. Rooms are large comfortable and extremely well appointed. My travel agent booked this room at the last minute for JazzFest. Hotel was clean and quiet and I did use the great pool one evening. My only complaint is that its location was not in the French Quarter.

Just complete our stay here during jazzfest. Since last year, the rooms have been renovated. New flatscreen tv's, they replaced the clunky old kitchens with wetbar and coffee machines. The room renovation is very tasteful, nothing radical but consistent with the hotels overall style.
Service continues to be great, concierge is very good at getting difficult restaurant reservations. Highly recommended.
