Staff was attentive,friendly and helpfull. Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. The hot tub was out of order during our stay. If you are able to manage a 10- 15 min walk, this Hotel is within walking distance of many restraunts, conference center, casino,Riverwalk and trolly station. The pictures on the website are very misleading. Everything looks beautiful and not at all what it is. Only a few blocks walk from a Mall, which to tell the truth isnt really a mall but a tourist attraction for bourbon street, with a great live show at the chocolate fudge factory.
