Beautiful southern home with very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfasts are especially good, not just your muffins and coffee. It's located next to a Audubon Park and across the street from Tulane and Loyola Universities, with the trolley in front that takes you uptown or downtown New Orleans. Booked 3 rooms several months early with Brian, who was great help in answering all my questions. Easter weekend 2012 we arrived (all 6 of us) . This is our second stay at the Park View. We liked it when we stayed there several years ago. It was purchased a few years ago by a local doctor and his wife.
