When we arrived, we discovered that there was confusion over our reservation. We thought it was confirmed but apparently it was not. The man who was there was very rude about it and neither person there indicated if they were booked or if they had availability. I have never encountered such rudeness from someone in the hospitality field before. More

We've stayed here before & it's a lovely old house, located right in the heart of Custer, SD.
