Location of this hotel is of course good - next to the Schattberg X-press lift. But then again, Saalbach is such a small village that regardless where you stay, you will be close to the lifts and the slopes. The staff was unfriendly and with the exception of one or two persons at the front desk, they spoke only German.... More

Had an ok experience overall. The service when we arrived was nice, the receptionist did a good job, and spoke english well.
