It was a good hotel in 2009 and 2010, but season 2012 became just awful. No good cleaning, saving expenditures on food at the restaurant and SPA. Standard of accomodation was excellent. The rooms were tidy and well furnished. The balcony sometimes became a mecca for smokers from other rooms and the smoke did blow into our room and stank a bit. Loved it. Room lovely. Staff very professional and friendly. Food good- both quality and choice. Pool and fitness area lovely. The service in the associated bar, the Eva Alm, wasn't great but the food there was good too and the atmosphere lovely. (and actually the service outdoors was great!)
