Stayed in many B& B's but NEVER have been told you must prepare your own breakfast. Large dog kept in area where you were told you could relax. Bedrooms were clean but lacked alot of comforts of home. I found the owners (on site) to be very unfreindly. I was not comfortable staying and certainly wouldn't do again!!!

This place is very modern.  The owners live on site and leave you alone but will socialize with you  if you want. The location is superb but the service/attention that one expects from a B&B was virtually non-existent. "breakfast included" turned out to be a sparse collection of breakfast supplies to be fixed by oneself. Disappointing.
