We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Very close to the train station and central. Definitely nothing fancy however it was good value for money. We were close to great restaurants and is very walkable when it comes to checking out shops and doing a bit of sightseeing.
The hotel does look a bit run down in the rooms...

If you're looking for high-end fancy, this ain't it. But for a comfortable downtown business stay, this place works. I was in town for a convention but found this place at about half the price of the conference hotel. Yeah, it could be renovated but it was clean, practical and with a couple of nice touches: quality Pharmacopia toiletries, an...

While the lobby was modern and cozy (read: small!), the rooms were dark, old, and in need of renovations. Fortunately for us, we were in Seattle to eat and drink and explore, not to sit in our room the entire time. For that, the location is IDEAL! I would stay here again if their rooms were on par with their...

I have to say I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and very helpful in meeting all of my needs in particular the Front Desk attendant Andrea went above and beyond!!! I was staying there for a business and they went out of there way to accommodate my need for a late checkout which allowed...

This hotel should feature on that TV show "Hotel Impossible". Incredibly tired hotel. Stains everywhere - door, carpet, walls, even toilet seats and coffee mugs. Super tiny room. Comforter was torn. Carpet very damp, felt almost unhealthy. Heat didn't work the entire time. For the first time in an American hotel I was scared to drink from the tap, bought...

The exceptional cleanliness of the overall hotel is what most of our guest comment on.If you felt that the carpets were damp in public areas it likely is because the area was steam cleaned during your stay to maintain a crisp and clean environment for our guest, however the drying process does take a number of hours. We appreciate client feed...

This hotel was in a great location. There is a Seattle's Best Coffee shop underneath us and so many more coffee shops around us. The staff are really, really friendly, always smiling and when asked directions, not one but two employees had provided them as well as a map! In the mornings when leaving the hotel, I had noticed that...

We stayed for 2 nights in March 2012 and although the room was comfortable, it was relatively small - particularly the bathroom. This is not a modern hotel and is showing it's age. There wasn't any fridge in the room so we had to use the ice bucket to keep drinks cool. Our room was on the Spring Street side...

There was hair all over the comforter. Upon closer inspection the comforter and sheets were stained and had holes in them. Even the towels were ragged. Very skimpy on bath products. Room very small. Nice decor overall.

We appreciate your feedback . At all times our rooms are inspected by a supervisor prior to be cleared to be rented ,as is evident from your comments a number of details were not caught. Clearly we regret that we failed to deliver the high standard our chain is known for. Our bath products are well loved by clients and...

The location of this hotel is its greatest asset. My adult son and I stayed here for three nights and walked everywhere- to Pikes Market, the Space Needle and everywhere in between. The rooms are small, but clean. The bathroom has very limited shelf space for toiletries, but not a huge problem. The room was quite warm even with the...
