My wife & I stayed here for 1 night in a water view room as part of our Wedding Anniversary vacation. It is quite expensive, but it is a luxury hotel in every sense & you cannot beat the location (especially if you are going to take the Victoria Clipper the next day as we did). Everything in the city... More

My husband and I stayed here for two nights and the service was amazing! Comfortable bed, amazing water front view. Every staff member we saw was fantastic! Desk personnel, valets, even the maids always greeted us when we walked by. Would definitely stay there again! More

Stayed for 2 nights for a weekend in May. The hotel is well located & has a good view from the bar, but that's really the only positives I can find. Ridiculously expensive valet park as the only option, tiny rooms with corridor noise all night, staff who ranged from sullen to spectacularly incompetent. The meal in the restaurant we... More

Very close to NCL Cruising peer and this is why we stayed here. Rooms were very small and noise level from the railway was disturbing. Served the purpose.Wouldn't stay here otherwise. More

Got this hotel after a recommendation. First of all: the noise. The train runs right in front of it. The paper thin walls filter nothing and you hear the noisy people just if they were in your room. The room doors are slamming. All this will keep you awake. Then, it looks like there are so many (not sophisticated) customers... More

Thank you for your comments and sorry to learn that the trains bothered you. They are very much part of the wonderful experience of Seattle's waterfront and very important part at that. Please feel free to contact me directly so that I may assist you in your lost and found situation. Best regards. More

I spent one night at the Edgewater Hotel in May of 2012. I got a price of $150 on Priceline, which was maybe a bit pricey but not too bad. The location is pretty good for access to downtown; I like to walk, and I was within a mile of pretty much everything you'd want to see or do in... More

This place is run down. Furniture is old and worn to the point being trash. The flat screen tv must be one of the first models made-composite video hookups only Room needed paint 5 years ago We upgraded to waterfront premium room I would hate to see standard room. More

As always comments are most welcome and thank you for taking the time to post yours. We are a Four Diamond AAA Rated property and very proud of this for six years running. We are not the newest most glitzy in Seattle but as so many reviewers have pointed out, the unique style, location and charm of The Edgewater cannot... More

I was looking for a hotel that was close to the pier where the ferry from Victoria would arrive and I couldn't have picked better. The hotel was right next door. The room was very comfortable and very 'different'. We loved the fireplace and bear footstool in our room and the slate bathrooms. Our only disappointment was that our room... More

This hotel really knows how to treat its guests. Starting at the concierge desk with Tim Carr and the reception desk and the vallet service - all delightful, happy and helpful individuals. The room: what a delight. We had a waterview - yes, pay extra, get the water view. A couple chairs and table on the lanai to relax and... More

We are so pleased to see that you enjoyed The Edgewater and will come again! Can’t wait for your return. And we are very proud of our Six Seven restaurant. We take great pride in that it is NOT your typical hotel restaurant at all and actually a local’s favorite. Thank you for giving our staff the high marks as... More

I love this hotel's location. It always feels well cared for and lots of staff trying to help with whatever you need... For a price. Ie. Parking is extra, wifi in room is extra, restaurant is nice but very expensive. More
