This used to be such a nice hotel. The layout is still good but the hotel is starting to show its age. One day, although I was gone until 3 p.m., my room was never made up. Still, a great location and those wonderful beds. More

We had a room on the 23rd floor in the north tower with a great view of the ferries and space needle. It was fantastic! Since the Towers are round, you have a very wide open view. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Set up to have a very cosy view of the city scape. The front desk was great... More

My girlfriend and I planned a trip months ago to visit Seattle May 20 - 24th. We stayed at the Westin downtown and were on the 38th floor.. The room was wonderful and comfy with great beds but minimal bath towels. The heavenly shower was nice. There was an in room service bar from which you could purchase drinks/snacks. We... More

This is an interesting hotel with two round towers and some infrastructure between them. The round towers have the elevators in the core of each tower eliminating having a room next to the elevator, or the ice machine, which is a nice design feature. My room was in the low rent district, the South Tower, which is shorter and farther... More

There are two things I tend to like about Westin hotels - the amazing beds and the great showers with twin heads - and my room in the Westin Seattle had both. The view from the 45th floor of the North tower was also impressive, as was the quick check-in - something much appreciated after a long flight and late... More

If you can get a room with a view of the Space Needle from the North Tower, you will easily overlook any flaws and think this is an amazing hotel. (I have, and I did.) This vist, though, I was in the South Tower, and then it is only a good hotel with most of what I expect from Westin.... More

Convenient to dining at Tom Douglas' various restaurants, walking distance to Pike Place Market, nice views of the Puget Sound. Very comfortable for an adult and two children who like staying in hotels! More

Location of the hotel is very good. Minutes away from space needle, pikes market and downtown shopping area, Room - decor and furniture is very dated, bathroom is also has old feel to it. Ironing board cover had stains and looked like it has not been washed in a while. Gym was very disappointing, basically it felt like they had... More

Thanks for sharing your feedback about your recent visit. I must say I am disappointed to learn that you feel our decor and furniture is "dated" since every room in the hotel has been completely renovated in the last five months; perhaps it is the mid-century modern style that doesn't feel contemporary to you? Our Westin Workout location is a... More

****SPG Gold***** So allow me to start by saying that if you're in Seattle and you're an SPG person, then you should stay at the W. It's the best Starwood property in the city. Having said that, here's my review of the Westin Seattle. Checkin: Check in was late in the evening and after circling the oddly shaped building, finally... More
