the telephone was out of order and i was trying to plan a funeral. i reported it. they offered me their cell phone if i went to the lobby. i didn't know if messages were working. had to stay one more night and had to change to a different room, twice as much $. no adjustment for the phone problem. The room was comfortable with a table and chairs and microwave, coffeemaker and refrigerator standard in all rooms. The only negative was that the carpet needed cleaning.
