Great view of Space Needle from our room. Got an upgrade through priority club. Free breakfast. About a mile walk to Pike Place Market. More

On day two of our stay, we were disappointed with a few items, so we called and spoke with Darcy Hambrick. Ms Hambrick was argumentative, condescending, combative, and plainly rude. She even hung up on us, and when we attempted to call her back, she instead sent a typed note to us via a maintenance worker. Now is that incredibly... More

The location is so convenient and we loved being able to walk to just about everything you'd want to see. Weekday mornings were loud with traffic entering and exiting the causeway, so expect road noise! Breakfast is great. Nice pool. Helpful staff. We'll stay here again for sure. More

I stayed here for 2 nights while in town on business and would stay here again. The staff was polite and friendly; the room was a nice size, clean, and comfortable. There was a bit of noise from the busy street below my room on the 6th floor (facing the space needle) so if you're a real light sleeper you... More

The price we were quoted for our stay was a lot different then the price we were charged once we got there. There rooms are rated based on an average and availability. If they have a lot of empty rooms then the rooms are less expensive and if they are near full the rate you are charged goes up significantly.... More

Thank you for choosing to stay with us during your visit to Seattle, and I apologize for the confusion over the rate. Because our rates change on a daily basis, our reservations department quotes the average rate during the stay. This is designed to alleviate confusion over multiple rate changes over a length of time. The above recounting of my... More

My wife and I spent one night in Seattle last week as a mini getaway. Depending on what you need to do/see this hotel will probably suit you well. I primarily stay in IHG properties due to the Priority Club program and that was my main reason for staying here. Having said that it is close to the Space Needle,... More

Great location on the north edge of downtown, near Belltown, easy acces to I-5 in either direction. Breakfasts comes with the room. Parking is $10 for underground. Unfortunately they frequently oversell the parking garage and have an overflow surface lot. They do reduce the charge to $5, still cheap for Seattle, but it's a bit of a hassle to discover... More

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at our hotel! Parking is certainly a challenge in our area. Because we have a limited number of spaces on site, we have to maintain a first come, first serve policy in the garage. As we approach our peak season, especially, we try to alleviate some of the hassle by... More

this is an above average hotel - a typical holiday inn express but better than most. The location is great and very close to the space needle and downtown. Getting here is easy and I'd stay again next time I visit. The staff were friendly and made my stay more enjoyable. More

Thank you for your kind words! We have a lot of rooms with views of the Space Needle. Only a couple of room types do not. I came on a package from Clipper Vacation special, Hotel was walking distance to everything. All though I got a bit disoriented and due to the construction at the front meant that I had to run across the highway (Although my smart wife tells me there was a crosswalk). There is a back way through another hotel. Breakfast was good,... More

I actually stayed in November, but in looking for another hotel on this site, realized that I should have written a review, as it was such a great stay.
