Our first room had a horrible odor. We were immediately upgraded to a city view room. The rooms are a good size with a nice sitting area. There is a refrigerator as well as a coffee maker. Free breakfast is offered downstairs. A good variety of foods. A real plus is the shuttle service which will take you a few... More

Ii attended a conference here where some of the presentation rooms were separated from the elevator lobby by six or seven steps and another room down another 4-5 steps, Maybe they help diabled guests navigate, but us able bodied folks with loads, beware! the location is walk-able from the end of the airport light rail connection, but I'llbett the other... I recently stayed at the this hotel while attending a conference (4/27-5/1). I must preface this by saying that I recently have been dissapointed by Hyatt's in general and considered choosing a different hotel even though I had a conference rate on this one. I read the reviews and it seemed decent so I took a chance. The room was... More

A four night stay here was splendid. The rooms w/water view cannot be beat. Clean, quiet and spacious. The staff was ever-so-helpful and courteous. Turn down brings an ice bucket each evening and there was a paper under the door each morning. NYC cafe downstairs is delicious and open late. Will stay here again and again. Fitness room is FREE.... If you're looking for a lovely, gracious and comfortable place to stay while in Seattle, you should consider this hotel. It's warm with wood and natural colors, great views of the Space Needle and Pikes Place Market. Centered right in the heart of Seattle, it's about a block from the Convention Center and Nordstroms with a Starbucks right in the... More

My husband was in Seattle for business, and I got to tag along. The location is perfect for shopping and dining. We had a great dinner at Ruth's Chris (connected to the hotel). Check-in/check-out were fast. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Easy walk to Pike Place Market and downtown shopping. I took advantage of the well equipped gym.... More

My wife and I stayed for seven nights in a corner suite. Prepaid at a low nonrefundable rate. First off, service was great. The staff really set the tone for great service as soon as you walk in. The views were fantastic. However, the highway noise was loud and constant, even 26 floors up. The bed was not very comfortable... More

My husband and I recently stayed at this Hotel. It was a pleasant stay. The positives included a truly quality concierge service, conscientious staff, beautiful, quiet, clean and spacious rooms, and a good location. The negatives were a somewhat "cookie cutter" modern design and so-so room service, although I would recommend the Eggs Benedict. This is definitely one of Seattle's... More

My teen daughter and I stayed here for seven nights. Upon check-in, the front desk clerk gave us a spacious corner room, which consisted of a small marble foyer, a living room with a sofabed, chair, desk, and mini-bar with a flat screen, a beautiful, spacious bathroom with a soaking tub and a shower, two large closets, and a bedroom... I stayed two nights on a professional trip and loved everything about this hotel. The entire staff was professional and helpful in every way. The rooms are top quality -- elegant tile foyer, marble tile in the huge bathroom, up-to-date furniture. Spotlessly clean. My room had a glass-walled shower and a separate tub. All the usual amenities in the room... More
