I generally do not like "grand hotels", as they are only pseudo-chic, worn out and not comfortable. So is the Fairmont Olympic. Terribly loud rooms, with annoying traffic noise due to very poor windows. Service slow and bad - the Q-tips and shower gel not replaced for 3 days! A bit "dusted" feeling everywhere. More
