Stayed here after a cruise to alaska. The hotel is spotless. The staff was very accommodating.

Long walk to rooms if you are not by the central and only elevtor

We stayed here for a fun overnight birthday celebration for our 9 year old and it was a hit! Great pool, location, and the rooms were perfect. The breakfast was One of the best hotel spreads we've ever encountered! Add to that the friEndly staff and it is easily 5 stars.

We stayed here last year and had a noisy overhead neighbor. This year we were sure to ask for a top floor room and thank goodness we did, because there was a peewee hockey tournament in town with dozens of kids running around the hotel all weekend. This is an annual problem at all the Anchorage hotels around this time...

Hotel is huge, customer service is excellent - rooms clean and well maintained. Fitness center and pool are both excellent, and the Happy Hour and included breakfast are the best. Embassy Suites are always nice to stay at, but this one goes a step further. The entrance into the hotel is also impressive.

Free shuttle service is nice, but the driver tailgated, sped, and drove way too aggressively. The free breakfast is very good for a hotel and had lots of different options; however, labels on the food with ingredients would be helpful for those with food allergies. This hotel is located in midtown and has a convenient (on demand) shuttle that will take you wherever you want to go (including the airport and downtown Anchorage).
The rooms are very spacious (like mini apartments) and the hot breakfast is excellent. A good value, in my opinion.

The rooms are nice like any Embassy Suites would provide.
