Staff was very helpful and friendly, they even offered us early check-in. They have shuttle pick-up/drop-off service for airport/train station. Room was neat and clean, breakfast was included. Pros: best value, close to downtown and train station Cons: none

Room was clean, breakfast was good, shuttle service was prompt, front desk, Angelia, was very helpful. Hallways and elevators were clean. TV was still a problem; the TV guide did not match with the programs that were on the respective stations.
