“The worst customer service I have ever encountered in a hotel”

We booked an overnight stay in a 'prestige' double room (I've seen more 'prestige' youth hostels). The room was an attic room with a sealed velux window, a little larger than standard campanile rooms and the outdoor walkway was enclosed to go some way to reduce the traffic noise from the adjacent motorway.
