Great location, awesome pool for little kids, and large rooms that could easily accomodate 4 poeple. We traveled to Omaha with 2 small children, 1 and 5. Good location for airport, downtown, baseball statium or concerts. But timing is everything. The rate obviously varies with demand. Book early. The service is pretty good when demand is down. The service declines during busy events in the area. Newer hotel. More

Made our annual treck to Omaha for Berkshire Hathaway annual meeting. American Express Travel Service threw us into this reservation, and we had minimal expectations.
