This Hotel was totally unprepared for what must be the biggest weekend of the year: The Berkshire Shareholders Meeting. Aside from the ridiculous room rate of of over $500 per night (tax incl) for a standard guest room, the hotel had some serious issues:

The hotel is a little run down and needs new carpet. They did update the rooms. The staff is great, they were very accomodating and tried to do everything they could to make our stay better. Although we had a car they offered to shuttle us anywhere we wanted to go and we could call for a pickup as well....

I was there for one night for a Saturday night concert at the CenturyLink Center. It is perhaps a 10min drive to the airport and there is a free shuttle that runs very 30min. The shuttle will also take you to places within a few miles, but I found it about a 15min walk to go to the Old Market...

Stayed a full week, Sunday through Friday for training at the Doubletree in Omaha. The staff of this hotel is excellent. Warm and friendly greeting upon arrival and then our group ( about 16 of us) had drinks and dinner in their bar. Emily our server did a great job keeping our drinks coming and was cheerful the whole evening....
