The hotel is fantastic for the price paid -$85/night. They accommodated an early check in, request to change from a single bed to double beds and a room on the top floor. My husband and I stayed 2 nights at the Courtyard and the room was very nice. Unfortunately, we had to use the alternate parking across the street one night. But it wasn't too bad although a bit inconvenient. However, it was convenient to get to the airport.

Spent a couple of nights over a weekend here recently and had a delightful time. The location is perfect, within minutes walk from the Old Market. This an historic building and they have very cleverly incorporated the modern Courtyard corporate standard style with the heritage features of the building. Spent two weeks here for work. Great location; helpful staff; nice lap pool. In house "bistro" has decent breakfast food...but pricey. Lighting in vanity area in room needs improvement. Would stay here again if I have to come back to Omaha.
