I travel 20 -30 times a year and try to book into Hampton Inns whenever available. This Hampton was one of the best I have had the opportunity to stay in over the past year. Love the Bed, Internet, Clean Rooms, Décor, and Extra Friendly Staff. Very Impressed.

The staff was very friendly at the front desk and housekeeping . The rooms were very clean and smelled fresh. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. It was quiet. Couldn't hear any outside noise. The complimentary breakfast was very good! I would definately stay there again!

Haven't stayed at a Hampton Inn & Suites for quite some time and will definitely be staying more frequently if this is an example of their properties. We found the hotel to be quiet, clean, and in a great location, but what really made the difference was the staff! From the front desk to the housekeeping staff to the breakfast attendants, they were attentive and friendly.

Stay here a few times per year when visiting family. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable, and the staff is friendly. The rooms are getting a bit "worn", but still in good shape. This hotel has a great location outside of Springfield, Illinois - the location is across Route 4 from Panther Creek Country Club and subdivision, so the area is generally a good, safe area.
