Service was exceptional and upstairs restaurant was wonderful. Great food and the bartender and hostess were especially friendly. The only drawback was the two bus loads off kids in the lobby when I arrived which delayed my check in by 1/2 an hour, but overall, it was not a big deal. More

Ive stayed twice because my son gets a kick out of the building. I know it's going to be noisy, outdated, slightly dirty, but they fixed the pool areas floor. Now the rocks don't hurt/cut your feet. Their breakfast is awesome. I carry Lysol and ear plugs in my hotel bag. More

Staying here felt a bit like a throwback to the 80's. That's when the decor and finishings were likely done. Stayed 3 evenings at this hotel.....the train tracks are on one side of the hotel, and they trains blow their horns long and frequently. Technically I'm sure this hotel offers the amenities required to be a HIlton, but at the bare minimum. It isn't terrible, just not up to stuff.
