“Above and beyond my expectations”

So many of the employees went above and beyond to make our week wonderful. Mara, Yana, Shary, and GoGo should all be considered assets to the hotel for their wonderful customer service. With three small children, traveling can be difficult, but these guys made everything easy. We will be coming back!!!

We went to King's Dominion for a family trip and stayed at the Embassy Suites. It was an easy drive from the hotel to the park. The staff at the hotel was great. The service was great and the room was great.

This motel needs updating. Employees need training in customer service. We, along with other friends (a total of 5 rooms in our party) checked in right around 3 pm. This hotel was wonderful. I was in awe at how beautiful it was. Very Neat and Clean, great breakfast and Managers Reception with Free drinks in the evening. We will definetely be staying here again in the near future.

Very nice hotel and the price was not expensive. Very friendly staff, great made to order breakfast, and even free drinks and snack foods for two hours every eve. The rooms were very nice and clean. The inside of the lobby was beautiful, I felt like I was in the tropics!
