“Just Fair”

My family and I stayed here overnight while attending the Richmond Symphony. Previous guests have commented on the sticky floors and they are right. Wonderful staff!!! Always came through even the smallest things were attended to promptly. I will recommend to others. Made long lasting friendships and hope to return. Cinfratulations on making my stay pleasant!!! It's not easy being away from home.

“excellent hotel”

We stayed here for three nights while we were in town for business. Check in was fast and easy. check out was also simple. The room we got was very clean and had a full kitchen. We were very satisfied with the service we received. I stay in hotels often and have no complaints about this one.
