We will never stay here again. We have stated many many holiday ends and this one is at the very end of our list of places to stay. The rooms were not clean, I repeat, not clean and poorly maintained. We requested a new ironing board that was not broken but never received it. The staff were very nice however

I stay here once a week.Lindsay at the front desk is alway very nice and knows my name. The whole staff is the best. The food and bar are 5 star! I would never stay any were else in Richmond this place is close to down town and to all the highways

I stayed here on business the front desk girl Lindsay was very nice and printed out directions for me. The restaurant was nice. Rooms were clean and beds were super! Wish I could have it at home. I was weary because of the other reviews but was pleasantly surprised thanks

I came in for business the stay was amazing...never been to richmond va before.. my gps was not working so elaine at the front desk was helpful she printed directions for me to find my meeting and went the extra mile to service my needs.

Had a nice stay in the weekend. I went with friends and family for a conference and had a nice time staying at this hotel. Staff was very friendly. Very economical to stay for the weekend. The hotel is close enough to go to downtown.

I stayed here 6 nights and have no complaints. Room was comfortable and clean. Only problem was an alarm clock in the next room that kept going off...but front desk took care of it promptly. Staff very friendly and helpful...particularly Brandon and Elaine.

Very nice hotel stayed overnight. Front desk employee, I think her name was Elaine, she's very helpful, courteous and pleasant. Room was very clean and comfortable. Kids loved our stay too. Definitely will come again :)
