We stayed at The Westin Richmond in mid-May while in town for a wedding. There were also three other wedding parties in the hotel that weekend, so it was packed. Yet, the staff could not have been nicer or more accomodating. Room service was prompt and the food was really good. The front desk staff does everything it can do... More

Stayed here on a college tour. Great hotel! From the minute we pulled in the service could not have been more outstanding. The bellman was so kind, helpful and incredibly informative. The front desk/reception equally as wonderful. The rooms are fabulous. Clean, pretty, comfy beds, great towels and bathrobe. Room service waiter was also great. Food was great. We checked... More

My wife and I stayed here for one night last week. The hotel is in a very convenient location - easy access to downtown, Short Pump, Carytown, restaurants, etc. The lobby is very welcoming and stylish. There is a waterfall and Wii in the lobby to keep the kids entertained as well as a nice restraunt and lounge for the... More

This hotel is new and beautiful and provides topnotch customer service. After a little mishap on our first visit, the General Manager took the time to apologize, address our experience and encouraged us to give the Westin Richmond another try - and we did. His follow up and continued attentiveness was frankly… pretty unusual. I am a member with all... More

We visited the Westin Richmond the week after Christmas 2011. A great time to take kids to enjoy all the amenities since there were few business travelers that week. The hotel is right off the I-64 exit, but it can be a little confusing to get to since there's a lot of roads merging at that point. It is at... More

I recently returned from a 3 week business trip during which I stayed one night at the Westin Richmond. I had business with the University of Richmond, so the hotel was a great location for me, but it is located a good 10 miles from the downtown area--so it may not be as convenient for everyone. Very nice, new hotel,... More

I am a big fan of the SPG hotel chain and it is about time Richmond received an upscale Starwood hotel. The proprietors of the St. Regis and the W, and the Aloft (west end Richmond) never miss a beat with amenities. This hotel is located in a bland area (surrounded by Genworth, Altria, Swedish Match) on Broad Street. While... More

The Westin Richmond is a cut way above the usual suburban business hotel. Very well-located off Route 64 and not far from I-95, this beautiful hotel is a very pleasant surprise. The lobby is airy and modern, the staff friendly and attentive, and the rooms larger than usual (although I was upgraded to an SPG Preferred floor). The beds are... More

It's conveniently located by the highway, and close to the University of Richmond. The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was a typical Westin room. It was nice to be in a city and not have to pay some ridiculous fee to park! However, the room had some funny noises at night that sounded like dripping water outside and... More

Dear Lkimashitaka, thank you for your recent visit. I appreciate your business and taking the time to provide feedback regarding your stay. Unfortunately, I can not ascertain what room you were in so that I can inspect the noise based upon your Tripadvisor name, but none the less, I do apologize for any inconvenience you may have faced. I would... More
