Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Very dirty, There was food beside ice machine never cleaned up. No A/C had to open window on 6th floor when wind would blow ceiling tile would flop. Hotel is a mile from a good location in Downtown Richmond. The location itself is not a good location but is close in proximity. Hotel has not been kept up at all. The room was clean, yes the bathroom a little small but it serves its purpose. The front desk people were nice the breakfast was great. the off the street parking was great. i def recommed this hotel and i will def stay here again More

I hesitant to stay at this loction due to previous comments however it was close to VCU and affordable. Even though the property is older the location and staff are great. We did not have any issues with bed bugs. :) C.T. More

The lobby is deceiving. The lobby is clean and updated. The rooms however are not. The furniture is worn out and the hallways are dark (probably to hide the dirt). The walls and doors were splattered with some unknown substance. The staff was really nice but it was hard to not get grossed out. More
