Pros: Nice people working (front desk clerk Antuan was very pleasant), breakfast ok, room clean and nice. Price decent but a little high. Cons: Noisy room end room (#401) could have been HVAC or water pipes? So-so fitness center. More was spent on TVs than exercise equipment. And you had to take elevator to upper floors..hated that!

Very clean, modern facility. Very helpful staff. Breakfast was good, but I opted to bring my own food and use the in room fridge and microwave. The pillows were a bit soft; one wasn't enough but two were too much.

We had a wonderful stay during our visit while attending a nearby conference. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was excellent and the fitness center was just right. I would highly recommend this hotel if you have a need to stay in this area.

This hotel definitely meets the high standards of other Hampton Inn hotels. This location is very well-appointed with modern décor and it is very clean. Our room was spacious and comfortable (with a huge bathroom). The staff were friendly and welcoming, and breakfast was delicious. This is an excellent and affordable place to stay near downtown Richmond!

Only improvement may be with the breakfast. Didn't seem to be attended by a hostess. Selection did not appear fresh (such as breads, danish) and tables were not cleaned promptly after guests left to prepare for new guests arriving. I prefer to stay in Hampton Inns when I travel for work. Free Wi-FI and breakfast contribute to making Hampton Inn a good value This one felt new. Room set up well to work comfortably, great bed nice, TV.

We prefer to stay at Hampton Inns over other hotels, and this one was the same as the rest.
