We traveled to Italy (Milan- Venice- Florence -Rome) & this hotel had the most unpleasant staff who were rude & impolite in giving us any kind of information. Not only did they shrug off our questions, they delayed on responding to any of our requests once we were in our rooms.
The management should seriously consider changing the women folk...
