This B&B is very run down. While the hosts are friendly, they have not done any work on this house. It is in desparate need of repairs and updating. We lucked upon one of the few existing vacancies during the weekend of the half marathon. What luck it was! Very large room. Tastefully decorated, very quiet and clean. The host and hostess were very friendly and the breakfast was wonderful. One mile from town. Would stay here again without a doubt.

Located just outside Woodstock the Carriage House is a well kept B&B with nice sized rooms. The hosts are friendly without being intrusive. The common breakfast table makes for interesting conversations with fellow guests. Breakfast offers interesting choices and is well presented.

Very cordial hosts, comfortable accommodations, delicious breakfasts. The Carriage House was ideally located for our cross-country skiing plans; only minutes to two excellent nordic centers. Ruggles Rocks! (Ruggles is the cat). Also convenient to the village of Woodstock. Highly recommended.
