Only stayed for one night but enjoyed everything while I was there from the staff to the dining. From the lobby to the room, everything was extremely clean and luxurious. Honestly, I'd come back just to sleep another night in that bed!

Staff, both front desk and concierge, are friendly and very helpful. Room was clean, but small dated and worn. On site parking option is valet only--for $32/day. Conciege lounge was closed and breakfast buffet downstairs was very poor, getting milk was a challenge. Really in need of a refresh.

I selected this hotel because of convenience in a downtown location. I was pleasantly surprised that it was exactly what we were looking for. It was close to Children's Museum and the Aquarium which were 2 spots on our list plus close to restaurants we could walk to. Weather was beautiful so we got out and about.
