“POOR customer service!!!”

Would avoid this hotel!!! The security guard had the most hateful mouth I had ever heard toward the guest at the hotel. The bed felt like I was sleeping on the floor. Only good thing I have to say about my stay was the room was very clean and newly updated.

It's was a great experience, it was surprisingly very clean. Team member Sylvia was very helpful. I order room from hotels.com one hour before checkin. I will definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity too.
