My partner and I stayed here in April 2013, one night in the tree house and one night in the guest room attached to the sauna. The tree house was very cute and cozy--the full/queen size bed didn't quite fit all the way and the bottom corners (foot of the bed) of the mattress were up at an angle which... More

For our upcoming 25th wedding anniversary, my husband and I decided to make reservations at Wellspring after receiving extremely rude telephone customer service from the owners at StormKing Spa & Resort (By the way...Thank-you StormKing for rudely stating that we would be happier somewhere else! We absolutely were!). On Saturday, April 13, 2013 my husband and I stayed in the... More

No cell phone service no tv, just a radio and you with your lover. Beautiful romantic and amazing. My new favorite get away:) you won't regret it. Especially on valentines. My man surprised me taking me here for valentines and I was extremely happy

My husband and I spent a truly magical weekend at Wellspring. The property is amazing- there are hiking trials and a labrynth, and you are only 3 miles from the Longmire entrance to Mt. Rainier National Park. All the cabins are fabulous. We greatly enjoyed the beautifully done Turiya cabin and its garden and private hot tub, and we have... More

We stayed two nights in the Treehouse and I would liken this experience to something between tent camping and staying in a camper (which we have often done). To get up to the treehouse, you climb a "ladder" of sorts, and motion sensors are installed for use at night. Your personal belongings are loaded into a large bucket and hoisted... More

We improve with the help of guests writing thoughtful reviews, and future Treehouse guests will find a handy hairdryer available. It is however, a treehouse, and not really comparable to the amenities in a hotel ! More

Our daughter was married here and the new site Sunny has developed is just stunning: after a short walk in the woods, you come upon this small amphitheatre kind of space with an amazing slab of stone wedged between two trees as the altar. Plus there is a little gingerbread bride house that you won't believe! SO wonderful.Sunny is this... More

My husband and I stayed 1 night in the Turyia Guest Room, one of the 2 lodgings where you have the hot tub and sauna access overnight. We greatly enjoyed the seclusion and the feeling of separation you had since all the lodging is separate. The Turyia Guest room had a nice gas fireplace as heat and you could open... More

This is a very interesting property. All separate cabins, from simple rustic to luxury. Pretty grounds with areas to hang around outside and use a grill and enjoy nature. No breakfast served, but there are a couple of restaurants close by. We had a new cabin that is considered rustic luxury. I agree, it was really nice. Huge king bed... More

What a wonderful way to spend an evening! My husband booked a single night, very last minute, in the Tioga cabin. We traveled from Raleigh to Seattle and drove down to Ashford. The mountain was "missing," that day, so we went right to check in. Yes, we picked up our key at the peg board. There is no parking at... More

We spent one night in the Grace West room. It is attached to the Woodlands Spa and you get the spa facilities to yourself after 9pm (or earlier if there are no massage appointments) and until 11am the next day. The Woodlands Spa is located in the back corner of the grounds and is very secluded. There is a hot... More
