I am very glad you enjoyed our sushi. All sushi is fresh made each Thursday in our kitchen. We purchase all of our fish from Out of the Blue Fish market in Bayfield and we do feature Lake Huron fish as well as other seafood. Booked a two night get-a-way at the Samuels Hotel and I have to say it's the nicest hotel I've stayed at in a long time. The room was beautiful, the bed very comfortable. We had a relaxing time with friends with an excellent meal at Samuels Hotel. A small dining room with great service & atmosphere. Delicious food presented eloquently along with some good wine choices. Oh and don't forget the desert!

We're very happy that you enjoyed your stay with us. We are also excited about the new, extensive gardens on the riverside that were installed this fall.
