The owners are friendly, the location is good, the casa is in punta gorda close to Jagua Hotel. They catch you at the bus terminal and they drive you to city center uppon request. The room is confortable and food is very good. A good place to stay.

Jorge and Alicia were helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast and dinners here were very good. We had a nice room that was air conditioned and of a decent size for two people. The location is about half an hour's walk from central Cienfuegos, which was fine for us, and taxis were not expensive.

We really liked Casa Jorge y Alicia. The room was of a high standard: very new and clean. You could access the room without going into the house so it felt more like a resort with plenty of privacy if you wished. We stayed in a freshly decorated room located at the front of the house. We particularly appreciated the spacious, new bathroom. Meals were adequate.
