We found an online deal for this hotel and decided to try it. We wanted to check out Wailea since we'd never been to that part of Maui and this place was by far the best value in that area. We knew before booking that the rooms needed renovation so our expectations were not high. They began renovating the rooms... More

Aloha from Wailea, First of all, thank you so much for the valuable feedback you provided during your visit to the Hotel Wailea. My sincere apologies for the poolside experience you described. Quality service is one of the things we are so known for... so I am extremely upset to hear of this particular service failure. I have provided my... More

My husband and I recently stayed at Hotel Wailea and we loved it! The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was great, the room were really nice and very clean and the hotel itself was beautiful with amazing views! We will definitely be back! More

After 13. Hours of flights and 40 minutes of driving from the airport, we arrived at the hotel Wailea. The grounds are absolutely stunning - the most natural looking of ak, the hotels in Wailea. The room was nice, with the exception of the bathroom. The bathroomdid not have a door separating it from the bathroom, so if privacy is... More

My husband and I recently spent two nights at Hotel Wailea and were thrilled with the staff, grounds, room, and breathtaking setting. The current website doesn't do the property justice. We had dinner at Capiche one of our nights and it was fabulous. We enjoyed easy access to the beach along with water, chairs and towels. Our stay was not long... More

We have mixed views about our stay at the Hotel Wailea. The location and the grounds are perfect - far enough away from the beach to be a soothing haven, yet close enough to get to the beach and the restaurants. The complimentary beach facilities were excellent and totally made our stay. The pool area (although in need of a... More

Hotel Wailea was a wonderful place to stay on our honeymoon. We went in January 2011, so although this review will be a bit dated, I am sure that Hotel Wailea is just as great now as it was then. The grounds were beautiful and relaxing. We stayed in an ocean view suite and spent much time relaxing on our... More

My husband and I arrived at the Hotel Wailea at night after a very long flight. We were instantly greeted and shown to our room. Even in the dark we could see beautiful colored flowers but when we woke up the next morning we were overwhelmed with the absolute beauty of our surroundings. There was a koi pond right below... The Hotel Wailea is a beautiful property, lush landscaping, great lobby and stunning views. While it's not on the beach, it also isn't surrounded by the hustle and bustle and crowds of the beach. At the same time, the staff will shuttle you down to the beach where beach club amenities are available and included in the price of the... More

Hotel Wailea surpassed my expectations. The property was beautiful and has amazing views of the Wailea area. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was a good mix of fruits and grains. The pool and spa were relaxing. The best part was the view from my balcony - I could watch... More

Before I nitpick some very minor things, let me state that we would return in a minute. The hotel is great, the rooms are nice size, the grounds are beautiful, the people were better than Four Season staff, on and on…..But, why no WiFi at the pool?, Why is the ice machine at a far point from the rooms? Yes... More
