Right on Ulua beach, a great family beach with snorkeling and body boarding. Picture perfect landscaping as though you are in Hawaiian botanical garden. Well appointed condo with nice bed and furniture. Great lanai with sunset ocean view; Very warm pool, relaxing after swimming in ocean; Pavilion pool area has good eating area with stove, microwave and ice. Destination Resort... More

Stayed in unit 2104 last week during a stay in Wailea. This 2br/2bath unit is newly remodeled has everything you'll need for your stay. While the location of the unit is further back from the beach, it is really a quick walk and still has beautiful views of the water. All of the appliances were brand new and the unit... More

Our family trip to maui was fantastic! Elua 101 was a great spot. but is in need of some reno's. the kitchen cupboards is almost falling off the hinges and the carpet is dirty and starting to ripple. The pots in the kitchen are very used and a health hazard! The owners of the condo are great to deal with... More

We recently stayed in #1604, a 2 bd 2 shower beachfront upper floor condo with renovated kitchen and loved the view of the "point". The kitchen was well equipped with good dishes, flatware, glasses, utensils etc. We spoke to Destination Resorts about one scratched and slightly warped frying pan and a new replacement arrived immediately. Although the nearby restaurants prepare... More

Aloha...I really appreciate your detailed and in depth review of Wailea Elua Village. It is a wonderful property with a lot to offer. I am sorry that your pancakes did not come out as well as you would have liked. On your next visit may I suggest Charlie's in Pa'ia as a place to get great pancakes. Mahalo, Matt Smith More

We enjoyed this 2BR 2BA condo in March 2013. It is the upper unit located closest to the gate (Just to the South). Pros: Wonderful beach, nice pools, plenty of seating, including at "the point" just north of the beach. Easy walk to shopping, resorts and restaurants. Easy drive to Kihei for groceries, restaurants, and surfing. Lovely view from #406... More

We have stayed at Wailea Elua Village twice. In March 2013 we stayed in unit 2010. The view from the patio is wonderful and the proximity to the beach walk, Elua Beach, and pool is very good. However, I would say that for the price being charged, there are definitely some simple upgrades that are well overdue. For example, there... More

We have rented one of these condos for a week every February for the past 15 years so obviously we have been extremely satisfied overall. Wailea Elua Village is a verdant oasis of peace and tranquility surrounded by huge crowded noisy 4 star hotels. The units are strategically positioned for maximum privacy and are surrounded by perfectly manicured lawns on... More

Stayed at 208, which is at the upper half of the estate, closer to the road. We stayed in a 2 bedroom, upper level unit with a great view.
