WOW! When we arrived we were greeted by the valet attendants. They unloaded our bags and took away our car, saying that valet parking was free for the first night (self park is free the entire stay). Other greeters came with a flower lei for myself and a wooden bead lei for my husband. While checking in, someone else came... More

I have stayed at this property many times and the Four Seasons next door and I think I prefer the Fairmont. Mostly because the rooms are much larger and the pool area and grounds are more expansive. Compared to the Four Seasons this property is an excellent value. Beautiful beach and very convenient to the Shops at Wailea. Be sure... More

This is our third trip to the Fairmont. We have traveled throughout the world and one of the things we have learned to do ahead of time is check expenses for most of what we will be doing. This includes hotel accommodations and other services within the hotel, including food. Yes, it IS expensive, but you have the choice NOT... More

As this is an all-suite hotel, with rooms averaging 800 square feet, you'll have plenty of room to spread out and avoid waking your spouse during those early morning wake-up's. The decor is a little dated, but the views can be spectacular. The Polo Beach in front of the hotel is nice, deep, with some scattered lava rocks. There's a... More

Rooms are huge but very dated. We had to air it out when we first got there. Bathroom was bigger than lounge room. Empty fridge & microwave available. No cutlery, bowls or plates.mkettle and coffee machine, yes. Gym is good. Adult pool is really nice. Free shuttle to any other hotel in area. No smoking ANYWHERE except for 3 designated... More

We just got back from vacation and let me tell you; it ended up being very disappointing... The resort itself was very nice; well kept up, clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. You CANNOT enjoy your vacation because everywhere you turn in this resort you are completely ripped off! Prices on everything are incredibly high!!! We stayed in... More

We are so sorry to hear that the destination and resort pricing had such a negative affect on your overall vacation experience. We always hope that guests see the value in our accommodations and service, and we certainly never want anyone to leave feeling ripped off. We also try to incorporate savings for our guests by not charging for daily... More

We stayed here on the last leg of our Honeymoon in April 2012. We were treated to a Lea greeting at Airport. Check in: Was fast and they congratulated us and handed us an envelope with our new names. We were also given a welcome drink and a bead necklace each. Room:-Amazing it was really spacious had a separate sitting... More

Perfect family vacation! We stayed 5/8-5/12. We loved it! The hotel is beautiful with breath- taking views! The suites are perfect for families. Our deluxe ocean suite view was beautiful! The pools were perfect for young kids. While Grand Wailea's pool was bigger, it felt dirty? My kids were able to have a bit id independence while we felt safe... More

I'm a Fairmont President's Club member and it paid off at this location. Excellent service, upgrade, late check-out (even though there was an incoming guest) and a comp suite to get cleaned up for a few hours in the afternoon before our flight well after we had checked out. You get what you pay for and the staff is very... More

My wife and I stayed here for a week as part of a corporate trip, and it didn't disappoint. The grounds are very beautiful. The suites are very nice with balconies and sitting areas. Make sure when you check in to request an ocean view. We were not so fortunate, and received a nice placed room but overlooking the contruction... More
