I got stuck overnight in Salt Lake. Delta put me up at the hotel. The staff was exceeding friendly and welcoming. That was much appreciated after a "bad Delta day." The hotel was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was great. If I end up overnighting in Salt Lake City again, I will be sure to stay here.

I cannot remember a hotel with a more attentive, friendlier staff. Everybody we encountered went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable, They understood our needs (quick breakfast, late checkout, late night snack) and catered to our needs beyond our expectations. While some of the furnishings could stand some updating (my desk chair wouldn't stay up) it was very clean. The lobby has a larger, separate lounge space in addition to the usual lounge and breakfast seating area that would work well for larger groups.
The most convenient element of this property is the 24-hour, on-demand free airport shuttle.

A great place to stay....This team always go above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I stay at this property monthly for work and has always been pleased. Need more restaurant choices but in general my stay is always enjoyable.
