My family got me and my husband a gift certificate to this B&B for our wedding, and what a fabulous gift it was! Kara and Steve were the most welcoming hosts. We stayed in the Freeman room in the Spy House, which was beautifully decorated in an old-fashioned, romantic style, but with all the modern conveniences you need and VERY... More

Downtown Historic B&B was such a homely experience, with easy access to my house at any time. I went away for a few days then came back again for another night. I was able to just go back as if I had left the same morning, and settle into my old room, without checking in again. My room had an... More

I spent 4 nights in the Gold Room at the Spy House - it had it's own entrance, and was very quiet. I also had a sitting room and large bathroom. Bed was great and temperature controls kept me very comfortable. Breakfast was definitely gourmet! More

Kara and Steve are absolutely amazing. From the moment we contacted them about hosting our wedding reception, they were always responsive, flexible and accommodating. They ensured the planning process was smooth and always reflected our vision of what we wanted our reception to be. Steve and Kara handled all of the set-up, decorating, take-down, etc., and the end result was... More

I was recently in Albuquerque for a professional conference. When the conference hotel booked up, I searched for nearby lodgings with comparable rates. I was lucky to find this lovely BnB, which was cozier and cheaper (!) than even the special "group rate" that I was promised at the big-name hotel. The owners, Kara and Steve, were welcoming and extremely... More

Steve and Kara made us feel so welcome at their property. I was traveling with my two sisters on our annual “Sisters Weekend”. This year we chose a Southwest Roadtrip through Roswell, Albuquerque, and Santa Fe. We overnighted with them at the B&B on our stop through Albuquerque. We spent one night (Tuesday, May 1st) in the Ivy Room -... More

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at the B&B and it was AWESOME!!! We decided to move up our wedding with very short notice. We booked, planned and had our wedding in about 6 weeks. We could not have done it without the help of Steve and Kara. Kara was wonderful - she planned everything and was there durring... More

Attended a beautiful wedding and stayed in the Rose room. Steve and Kara were wonderful, gracious hosts throughout the entire process and stay. The bed was unbelievably comfortable and breakfast was delicious! Can't wait to have another "stay-cation" in the future. More

I really enjoyed my stay while in town for an insurance class. The bed was very comfortable, in fact I loved the pillow so much they let me take it home! Great restaurants close by. More

The beds were great and the breakfasts were home made including the eggs from the owner's hens. A block and a half from Central Avenue, three blocks from I-25, these two old houses have been restored with care and attention to detail. It shows throughout. A different way to spend time in Albuquerque. Five green chilies rating. More
