Overall we were happy with our visit there, but like one other reviewer mentioned, the young lady at the front desk was somewhat rude when I checked in. There was a slat missing in the patio blinds in one of the bedrooms, so I had to change clothes in the bathroom. The place was very clean, which we appreciated, and... More

Linda, Thank you so much for your review. I am glad your stay was enjoyable and you could spend time in Estes Park. I appreciate you comments about the front desk person. Please accept my apologies. We place a high value on customer service and I'm exceedingly disappointed that we let you down. This problem will be addressed promptly. Again,... More

This was a great deal for the price during the off-season, wish we could have stayed longer than one night. Nice and roomy bedrooms and bathrooms. My only dissappointment was that the couch was LOUSY - could hardly sit in it!

Stayed here for off season pricing. No couch pull out bed as advertised. 3 slats missing in bedroom window covering so no privacy & sun hit early a.m. Hot tubs were freezing cold. When we checked in, young woman was extremely rude. Cancellation policy ridiculous. This could be a great stay but they need to iron out some issues a.s.a.p.

We loved it here. It was so nice to able to spread out with our family as opposed to being in seperate hotel rooms. The three bedroom condo was very nice and I was struck by being able to see ripples on the river as I walked down the stairs in the morning. We also loved that they had a... More

We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit here and we loved it. The property is located between the RMNP Beaver Meadows entrance and close to Estes Park downtown area. The staff are very friendly & accomodating. The unit was immaculate. Very clean and well stocked. The hot tubs were great too. We stayed during the Fall Special so the price... More

Modern amenities and very conveniently located. The condo was neat and new but a little pricey. You can find nicer accommodations at the same price but ours was a last minute decision and on Labor Day so really can't complain. if I was being picky, I would say the couches could use some updating but other than that, the place... Beaver Brook offered us everything we needed for our visit in Estes Park. We had room for 5 in a 3 bedroom condo, a nice clean place, comfortable beds, a quiet location, The Rock Inn Restaurant within walking distance, hot tubs, stars, close access to RMNP and to town, and what I feel was a really good price for what... There are so many other places to stay in Estes Park, don't settle for this one. The web site is nice, so you may be fooled into thinking that this place is as nice as a condo in Breckenridge but it is NOT. It is a basic condo--clean, but basic. They have very few utensils, pans, etc. in the kitchen... More

I am sorry that you did not find our accommodations with us satisfactory and that you feel "ripped off". I am glad you were able to find other adequate accommodations here in Estes that were able to provide the amenities you desire. More

We stayed for three nights in July and we really enjoyed this place. We were in a 3 bedroom and it was perfect for two adults and two kids. We found the place had everything we needed and the location near Rocky Mtn national park was great. The welcome basket was a nice touch as were the toiletries. We did... More
