I stayed here for 3 nights, it is a very nice hotel, a mile out of downtown Estes Park, on Highway 36, headed toward Rocky Mountain National Park. The room I had was clean and spacious, with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine. It is a nice quiet location, and the people in the office are very helpful and friendly.... More

We were welcomed by Fran, the co-owner, when we arrived and appreciated the hospitality shown. All of the staff were very friendly and accomodating. We had a room with a king bed and a deck. The view of the Rocky Mountains was wonderful and enjoyable each time we were on the deck. We saw elk and deer from our room... More

We have spent several stays with Alpine Trailridge Inn. Their service and professional staff rank at the top and have set the standard of what to look for in hotel staff. I have spent nearly 3 decades traveling around the world staying at high end world known hotel chains, whose staff and accommodations do not come close to what Alpine... More

Stayed here for the first time in summer of '11. It pains me to say it, because otherwise it would have been a terrific place and I would love to return (for the price and convenience) BUT we showed up about an hour early for check-in after descending Long's Peak earlier that day. The person at the front desk told... More

First of all, this incident in no way represents our high standards for cleanliness and how we take care of our customers. I have written to the guest apologizing for the situation and requesting more complete information on when they stayed with us and details of the problem, so that we can resolve this to their satisfaction. We obviously had... More

We stayed here last summer (2011) and found the place to be an excellent choice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They quickly replaced our refrigerator which wasn't working and gave us hiking suggestions. It was very clean and conveniently located next to the park entrance. We had a 2 Queen/balcony and had no issues with noise and enjoyed the... More

We have vacationed in Estes Park for many years. We have been so lucky to have found Alpine early on and have never regretted it. For easy access to the park and probably the best restaurant in Estes on the corner of the property, it is perfect. Jay, Fran and all of the staff are at your service and are... More

This motel is a good place to stay when exploring Rocky Mountain National Park. The staff is great. The place is quite clean. The pool is nice. I wish they had a place to do laundry. Also the rooms are on the smallish size. They really don't have any closet space. If your staying for a week, you have to... More

This guest touched on several of our problem areas which we are trying to resolve. When we brought in the furniture from the Marriott several years ago, the armoires turned out to be larger than we thought, and we had to cut down the hanger space. We may experiment with taking the TV out of the armoire, and put the... More

This is the second time we have stayed here. Last year we looked at some of the other options for lodging and decided to stay here again. We were not disappointed. We had a balcony room that does overlook the highway but past that is a great view of the mountains. The elk walk right by in the evenings in... More

We stayed at the Alpine Trail Ridge Inn in late September and this is a great motel in a fantastic location. The room was very clean and the bed was confortable. The motel sits on the main road into the park and it was a convenient drive to town. We did not here any street noise in our room. The... More

The coffee /hot chocolate each morning was really nice. The room was spacious and clean. It was the best value in Estes Park. Easy access to the National Park - nice restaurants nearby. There was a nice looking/clean pool, however we did not have time to use it. More
