Great location, reasonably sized condo and very clean and well maintained. We had a one bedroom on the first floor. The fully equipped kitchen was a welcome benefit. We had 3 elk at our front door the first day. Ron at the check in desk was extremely helpful, too. We look forward to the opportunity to stay here again.

We stayed here at The Woodlands around 7 years ago. We finally made it up to Estes Park again to escape the stress of our daily lives. This place still "has it". What a wonderful place to walk in to. The condo was immaculate. The shelves were stocked with everything needed to cook and eat our meals on and everything... More

Very nice place to stay when visiting the rocky mountain national park. The kitchen was great to have for breakfast and the grill was nice if you wanted to do dinner. The manager there is especially nice!!

We stayed at the Woodlands for three nights in mid May while visiting RMNP and were really happy with our choice of accommodations. We had a one bedroom condo on the second floor; good sized bedroom with the most comfortable king size bed ever! Unit was clean and fairly modern. Kitchen had everything needed to get you through a vacation.... More

We arrived at the Woodlands and immediately felt good with Betsy the mgr. She was very knowledgeable of our suite and knew Estes Park. Our room was beautiful and had all the ammenites we could ask for. King bed, wood burning fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, two TVs with DVD/VCR with free movies, private riverfront patios, all the elk and mountain... More

We took advantage of the end of the Winter season special and found a "diamond in the rough" so to speak. Friendly people, nice accommodations and beautiful spot, with the Fall River running right outside the room. We'll definitely be back! Estes Park continually provides a great time, fun shops, wonderful restaurants and beautiful places to stay. Worth it!

Great location. Very quite. Scenic. Could use a TV upgrade but your not there for TV. Have stayed twice once in the 90's and in 2007 . Both times were perfect. Friendly staff. Can't go wrong here. Worth every penny.

We just returned from a 5 night stay at the Woodlands on Fall River. LOCATION: The location could not be better. About half way between downtown Estes Park and the entrance gate to Rocky Mountain National Park. COMFORT: We stayed in a 3 bedroom condo on the 1st floor. The unit itself was perfect for our needs. Plenty of room... More

I almost don't want to review this property for fear of it being "too popular". The rental properties are really one and two bedroom apartments, fully furnished kitchen, TV, DVD player, fireplace, h comfy furniture and bed, and outdoor hot tub. All rooms face a stream where fishing is allowed for free (catch and release). Elk, wild turkey, and sometimes... More
