Our stay at this hotel was very nice. The hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. The full complimentary breakfast can't be beat. Along with the complimentary evening reception, free drinks and very nice pool you can't go wrong. I recommend a stay here if you are in town.

Totally DISSATISFIED! Manager's evening food specials are nothing more then a bowl of potato chips. Plus they want to charge $9.95 per day for internet access (something you can get FREE at the local Starbucks). Suit was nothing special. Furnishings were old & not very comfortable.

I have not experienced any other hotel chain that has the type of excellent free breakfast and happy hour that the Embassy offers. I have stayed in the Embassy suites in Dallas, Oklahoma City, Tucson, Atlanta and Chicago. I have never been disappointed in the service or facilities. Along with top quality rooms, you can't do better when traveling.

This place was PACKED for U of AZ graduation. It has one common problem that most Embassy Suites have...failure to enforce quite hours, as there were crowds drinking and carrying on well after 1A on a couple of the nights, with kids running around uncontrolled and un-watched. My daughter attends the University of Arizona and I have stayed at this Embassy suites several times during the last two years. The service is excellent the rooms are comfortable and huge and the hotel itself has a southwest character. The staff is very helpful the breakfast is the best. It is also located next to restaurants for evening dining.... More

Pros -- Staff are nice and helpful. Complimentary bottled water at check in - perfect for the desert. Walk to area restaurants, shopping. Large, spacious suites. Wi-Fi available. Cons -- Room decor (carpet, bedding, upholstery) is a bit dingy/stained and needs to be updated. Toilet/shower need improvement. Mini-fridge not cool enough.

This is the best Embassy Suite I've ever stayed in. It's a lot of luxury for a small price. The hotel is arranged around an open-air courtyard which has nice landscaping and a large pool. The staff at the desk and restaurant were attentive and friendly. The housekeeping was impeccable. I'm really impressed with this hotel.

Th is is an older, somewhat dated facility; clean, older furniture; a bit of a musty scent about it. Great place to stay in Tucson. Not as modern as some, but pool is kept nice, staff is friendly and breakfast is excellent. Happy hour at manager reception is hard to beat for free!
