Key words: Location, location, location!!! Great views of city! Excellent price! This is an aged hotel. The furnishings are from the sixties! It is NOT a luxury hotel at all! However, it was extremely fun to stay there! I have read the reviews on the site and understand why they are saying what they say! Just the same, my husband... More

We first stayed in The Hotel Arizona in December 2007 and really loved it, it was exceptionally inexpensive. Four years later we find ourselves travelling through Tucson again and didn't hesitate to book in again. It's in a great location, close to the motorway and has a parking garage. A good breakfast buffet is included in the price. The rooms... More

Definitely needs updating, but parking was cheap, easy interstate access, walking distance to restaurants downtown, and next to the convention center. Our 9th floor corner room featured wall to wall windows offering fantastic views of the city. The linens were clean and the breakfast free, they even provided the Sunday paper on Sunday - not old news or no news.... More

The hotel is close to all of the shows. It was nice and clean and I will stay there again. Small thing that I hope they fixed will be right next year. More

We stayed here for a decent rate. Nothing exceptional or unexceptional. Decent area, close to 4th Avenue bar strip and close to the Interstate. Plenty of street parking around. More

The Hotel Arizona was the headquarters hotel for a convention I recently attended in Tucson. We learned that the owner and the city were in some type of dispute, and there is a likelihood the hotel will close down soon unless a buyer comes along to purchase the property. Some reviews I read before the trip seemed to criticize the... More

Seriously not worth the $99 they charge you a night for a room. We went to Tucson to meet up with friends who were also visiting there & figured it would be easier to stay in the same hotel they were at. Never coming here again, though. It is a big hotel, and it was probably a nice baller one... More

I have complained several times about the elevators. The Internet seldom works in your room and the staff have ludicrous excuses! they rip you off to park - *.00 per night, and it is NOT secure!!! Anyone can park there and the garage is empty. Bar is closed and the restaurant is horrible for breakfast if you are luck and... More

Our stay here was terrible. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Here are the reasons why. #1 The 99 dollars a night was actually $114 w/ tax #2 The restaurant's continental breakfast was gone 1/2 hour before it was said to be over both mornings and very dirty. #3 The elevator didn't raise fully on the upper floors leaving a 6 inch... My stay at the hotel was not what I was expecting what so ever. I was traveling on business and was given access to the lounge on the 9th floor. As I entered the room I was astonished at how trashed the place was. Cigarette butts on the floor, bottles of booze everywhere, half full glasses on the table. The... More
