We stayed here a couple of times now. This time we came for SPURS game. It within the 10min walking distance from the ATT center. The hotel seems to be in process of remodelling. The front desk were polite and helpful even when we arrived late in the night.

The non smoking rooms smell very bad with a smoke odor. Also, the manager is horrible and not willing to work with you at all. He is rude and hangs up the phone when doesn't want to answer your questions.

Very impressed with the customer service! The owner and the staff were very nice and they were very sweet to all of the group!! We arrived early and that was no problem for them. They have a nice breakfast. Will stay here again!
