The people at this hotel made a huge impact. They were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We were at this hotel over Easter and they helped get lunch when everything was closed. Rooms were plain but clean. Courtyard area was nice and gym, hot tub and pool were clean. Within walking distance to downtown and river walk areas.

I stayed here for 3 nights. Hotel was very nice. Comfortable bed, clean facilities. Starbucks Bistro was nice & people were very nice. Coffee wasn't the best, but I enjoyed the yogurt parfaits. Wifi was good. I was sick for a majority of the trip, but still was able to sleep & rest at night. Love the pillows! :)
